| Awesome weekend.
Friday, I came home, and our TV in the living room went out. It was way too bright to begin with, and then the color turned bright pink and then went out. Uber lame. My Dad called the company and they said that they'd try to get somebody out this week. So, this whole weekend we've had to watch TV in the bedrooms. So we had family bonding time on Friday night. It was pretty cool. I went and bought Pizza from P-Hut, and then came home and we ate, and then we all played Yahtzee. It was really fun. We never do that as a family. Got to bed at about 11:30.
Saturday, I woke up at 6 for SAT's. I got ready, and my mom and I picked up Sarah, we got donuts in Denair, and then she dropped us off at Moises' house. Got to Johansen at about 7:25. Went and stood outside there, and we saw Zack Anderson and Kortne too. Emily was there also, but I already knew she was gonna be there. I sat next to her since she was the only person I knew in there. Overall, I think I did ok. I skipped all the ones that I couldn't narrow it down to three answers, or if I thought that more than one answer could be the solution. It was really hot in the room, and our instructor was lame.
Got out of there at about 1:10, and then Moises, Sarah, and I drove all over Modesto trying to find a Taco Bell. Sarah wanted TB, and Moises wanted In and Out. It was fun. We drove up and down Briggsmore, and then down McHenry, and while going down McHenry, I saw that we were coming up to Pelandale, and I said, "Hey, there's a Taco Bell and an In and Out next to each other on Pelandale!" So that's where we went. Moe went to get a burger (or two) and Sarah and I went to Taco Bell. There were some scary people working there! As we were leaving, there was this older guy that had long blondish-white hair, and looked like Kevin Bacon, and was staring straight ahead yelling in what I couldn't figure out was either German or French. It was really hard not to laugh, but when we got to the car, we all started busting up.
Moises dropped Sarah and I off at my house. It was so windy that the bark from the palm tree by my backyard had trailings lying all across our yard. It was so cool! haha. Went potty, and then took Sarah home and drove to the theater to meet up with Hillary for her birthday pizza/movie party. Got to Lamppost, and there was a lot of people there. It was me, Hillary, Moriah, Janay, Jessi, Jessie, Emily, Matt, Kevin, and Hillary's parents and her cousin and some other family. The movie started at 4:15, so we went to go get in line at about 3:30. There was already a huge line when we got inside. Towards the front of the line, I noticed that Charles, Donald, and his momma were standing and waiting too. So I went to go and say hey, and Hillary asked me to stay up the front to save them some seats. So I did. Saved a whole row and half a row behind my row for them. I sat in-between Charles and Jessie Reape. They sat us really early, and about halfway through waiting for previews, some ushers came in with boxes of snacks and drinks and asked if anybody would like anything that way the lobby wouldn't be as crowded because our theater was sold-out. I had never seen that before. During previews, I saw a preview for a movie that takes place during the 60's and the Civil Rights Movement. It's called "Across the Universe", but I just looked it up and it doesn't come out until Sept. 28! Jeez. But anyway, on to the movie ...
Spider-Man 3 was awesome! It was full of action, and the story was so much more interesting than SM 2. There was a lot more comedy in this one too. Go see it!!
Came home, waited for Kevin Cotter to call me to hoop it up, but he didn't. I was really tired anyway though. Watched the end of the Jazz-Rockets game, then fell asleep at 10.
Woke up at 9, and went to town with my mom at about 10:30, and I sat in the car as she tanned, then we went to Raley's, and then to Jamba and In and Out. I didn't have Jamba, my mom did. Then we went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and I think I broke a blender, but don't tell anybody. =]
Came home, washed the car, and then Donny called me and I met him at the park by his house to play ball. I picked up Charles, and so it was just me, him, and Donny cuz nobody I called wanted to play or could play. I asked these guys from Pitman that were playing on the other court if they wanted to play, and they did. So it was 3-on-3, and we lost I think it was 13-4. They were really cool guys though, and not cocky at all. We decided to play again, but mix up the teams the second time around. My team won. Shook hands afterwards, and two of the guys told me good job. Felt good. About halfway through the two games, Meghan and her family showed up cuz Evan wanted to shoot hoops, so afterwards I played Horse with Meghan, Evan, and her Dad. I won. =]
Dropped Charles off at home, and then I went to Richland cuz I wanted a Jones soda. I ended up getting two: Blue Bubble Gum, and Strawberry Lime. This woman in front of me let me go in front of her cuz I only had the two drinks. She told me that she knew how it feels to want to just go home, which was true. I was all sweaty and tired and wanted to get home. I told her that, minus the sweaty part, that I just got through playing three hours of basketball. She told me that she could see that I can hold my own playing basketball. I was surprised, and thanked her. She told me to get home and get hydrated, and I did. Came home, drank my blue Jones, and watched the end of the Suns-Spurs game I recorded. Suns lost because Nash cut his nose and couldn't get it to stop bleeding. So I ate dinner, which was really good. Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread. Mucha deliciosa.
Now I'm just sitting here on the computer, waiting for my parents and my brother to get home from their walks so we can play Yahtzee again. I didn't go cuz I think that I've got enough exercise today.
Tomorrow, I think I get to choose my classes for next year. I think I'm gonna go to Jamba, since we have another Collaborative Day. The last one for sure this time. I have basketball tomorrow in the gym after school, and then I'm gonna watch the Warriors-Jazz game. Go Cali!

| Today woke up to go get math help. Turned in the assignment, went to class.
1st period, we had to read a story and then answer the questions and turn them in. it sucked.
2nd period, we did factorials. they're pretty cool.
3rd period, collage.
4th period, i kinda wandered around campus cuz ms. olivas was gone.
5th period, worked on a AP History test as a class.
6th period, graded an assignment.
7th period, 125 shots, and then played knockout with Charles, Jessi, Dan, Colby, Hill-Dog, and Moriah.
Came home, then decided to go buy my ticket for Spider-Man 3 on Saturday at 4:15 for Hillary's birthday get-together thing. Then went to Jamba, and came home. Went to my mom's room, and fell asleep for like 2 hours. Woke up, watched the Warriors game. They won!!!!! Ate Taco Truck during the 2nd quarter (I think), and then worked on my history h/w during halftime and into the 3rd quarter. Moriah gave me her notes for the first half of the h/w, so I did the last half and I'm gonna let her borrow it tomorrow.
Watched Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune, and now I'm gonna go potty, and then go to bed.

| Woke up early today (6:20) to shower and get ready for school.
Got ready, got to school at like 7:30 to get math help for the quiz. I'm glad I did. It helped a lot.
During 1st period, I had people read my story(they loved it) and I studied for the math quiz.
2nd Period: dun dun dunnnnn. Quiz. I did all of them but one cuz I didn't have a clue.
3rd Period: Collage. It's starting to look good!
4th Period: Graded G&V's. ew!
5th Period: Graded our own practice-AP tests.
At lunch, I had a summer basketball meeting, and also went in for math help. I found out that Michaelis was grading the quiz out of 8 instead of 10. So, I got a 10 out of 8 (125%). That boosts my grade to an A.
6th Period: Chem assignment. I kicked butt.
7th Period: 125 shots, and knock-out. I took 25 freethrows, 20 from each elbow, 15 from each baseline, and 30 three's. I made 17 out of 30 three's.
After school, I stayed and played basketball. The team I played on won 5 out of 6. I did a lot better today than Monday.
Came home, went to Richland for my Dad to get two different kinds of hotdogs, and hotdog buns. Got there, grabbed the stuff, and saw Jared from Jamba, so I talked to him for a few minutes about work. He didn't know that I quit. I also picked up a Jones soda, cuz I hadn't ever had one. I got Strawberry-Lime, and it was good. I rinsed out the bottle so I could save it. haha. Went to Starbucks, saw Amy and the girls, and then on the way home I saw Sara Mendoza, so I drove to Pizza Factory to say hi to her. We're supposed to go to sushi sometime soon. That'd be fun!
Came home, did the dishes, went online, ate dinner, watched lots of Jeopardy, and AI. Yay for Chris and Phil being eliminated! It's down to Melinda, Blake, Jordin, and LaKisha. Go Blake!

| Woke up, showered, got ready, went to school.
English, Pham didn't know that our Research part 2's were due, so I told him, so his original plans got thrown out the window. Peer-edited Research papers.
Algebra Dos: we did some word problems. They suck butt. They're on the quiz tomorrow.
Yearbook: Collage. Put like 10 pictures on it.
TA: Tests
History: Went over our test we did yesterday. We only got like halfway done though. I think we're finishing up tomorrow.
Chem: Graded papers. Found out Hendrix is teaching Physics next year, so I'll probably take it now. =]
PE: Shot 125 shots, played Horse and 21. Won both games.
Came home, almost got attacked by a bee, called Christine to notify her of the new Physics teacher for next year, and Chanel came over. We watched some Jeopardy, went online (Myspace.. duh!), ate sandwiches, and played Such & Such. She left, and I did some h/w.
I wrote an essay for my Yearbook application (uber lame). I ate Taco Bell, then did practice problems for the math quiz tomorrow. I watched American Idol, the end of the Warriors game (IDIOTS!!!!!!!!) and finished my story. It's amazing.

| Today I woke up at 7:30 because I apparently don't remember turning my alarm off, 'cause my mom came in my room and woke me up to get ready for school. I got ready real fast, and went and picked up Annie to meet Moriah at Starbuck's. It was good. I got a Caramel Frap and a Asiago Cheese Bagel. Went back to school, checked in with Pham for Community Service (I have 36 hours).
Left on a bus with other high-GPA kids and AVID to the WACAC College Faire at Stanislaus. So many colleges were there! I got lots of brochures(two bags full) to fill out and send in information. I was bummed that Berkeley and Fresno State weren't there. There were tables there for them, but nobody was there.
Got back to school, went to class, kinda boring day. Took a practice AP History exam thingy even though I'm not taking the actual test. I answered 12 out of 40. I suck. Haha. Chem we had a sub, and for my TA, I graded tests, and had to shoot 200 jumpshots in P.E.
After school, I stayed to play ball in the gym. Some eighth-graders showed up, so that was kinda weird. It was me, Colby, Jared, Devin, Devin, Trent, Kevin, Justin, Clayton, Martin, some kid named Vince, and some kid named Eric. We played like seven games. Fullcourt. And it was hot. I was uber tired afterwards.
Came home, got online, uploaded a bunch of pictures to my photobucket for my collage in Yearbook. Finished typing my Research paper, watched my game shows, and am in the process of going to bed. My Research paper is up to like 4 and 2/3 pages. Up from the 3 and 1/3 pages.
